No. Signal observes work in order to automate it. It is contractually prohibited from being used to monitor, rank, or discipline individuals. Staff notice and consent are required before any capture begins.
Where does my data actually go?
Nowhere you do not control. Capture and storage are on your device. Analysis runs on a local model or, on Enterprise, on your own models on your own infrastructure over a private authenticated endpoint.
How do we start without committing the whole company?
A two week paid pilot on one workflow, or a handful of Individual seats. Both are fixed cost, both produce a written result, and neither requires a term commitment.
Can agents do things without asking me?
Not on Professional or Team. Every action passes a Review Council and waits for your sign-off. On Enterprise you may grant approved autonomy for designated processes, and irreversible, external, regulatory, and financial actions are always gated.
Do you train models on our work?
No. Your content is never used to train our models. This holds on every tier.
What do I need to run this?
A Mac, Windows, or Linux machine. Bring your own local model, or use a bounded hosted allowance. Enterprise runs against your model infrastructure.
What does implementation involve?
Team can add guided implementation from $7,500. Enterprise includes the Value Playbook, a structured first 90 days that targets the highest value automations first.
Can we start on Team and move to Enterprise?
Yes. Most operators start on Team, prove the value, then move to a single tenant Enterprise deployment on their own infrastructure.
Do you work outside Alberta?
Yes. Our contracts are governed by Alberta law by default, and we deploy across the Western Canadian basin and beyond.
What is the contract term?
Professional and Team are self-serve and cancel anytime. Enterprise runs under a Master Services Agreement with negotiated terms and service levels.
