A general model cannot run your completions program because nobody ever wrote the reasoning down. It lives with a supervisor who has watched four hundred stages, an accountant who spots a bad allocation in three seconds, a toolpush eighteen months from retirement. We recruit those specialists, ours or yours, and put them to work turning that judgment into structured, licensed training data for your own model.

Scope the skill

We start where your agents fail. One workflow, a written definition of expert output, and an evaluation set before a single hour is billed.

Recruit the bench

Specialists screened on real tasks from your operation, not résumés. Your own retiring staff can sit on the bench and be paid for what they are about to take with them.

Capture and grade

Experts work real cases in a harness that records the decision, the reasoning, and the options they rejected. Every record reviewed by a second expert.

Train and re-test

The corpus goes into your finetune and the model is scored against a held-out set the experts built. If it does not beat the baseline, back to the bench.
